Shipping policy

Important information
In accordance with the latest COVID-19 regulations, we are hereby informing and assuring all customers that our online store is still operating normally and will continue to receive and ship orders as normal.

Please note that some orders may have slight delays in shipping.


Orders placed before 3pm Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
Goods ordered after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped on the next working day.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped next Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

European delivery
To Europe (3-5 working days *).

Asia delivery
Shipment to Asia (4-7 working days *).

From other parts of the world
For the rest of the world (4-8 working days *).

 

Orders can be sent to an address other than the billing address.
However, for the first time customers, we may only ask for the goods to be mailed to the credit card payment address.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver the goods to this address except for Middle East.

When your goods arrive in the relevant country, our Courier will contact you to obtain the specific shipping address.

The estimated time of delivery is for reference only and will be calculated from the date of shipment.
We accept no responsibility for any delay in the customs clearance process at the destination.

The express company will return the orders that cannot be delivered to us.
Any fees associated with returning orders that cannot be delivered may be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund due.
All orders need to be signed upon shipment.

* Depending on your place of shipment, orders from other countries may be subject to VAT, import duties and other fees imposed by your local customs authorities and/or postal Courier companies.

Please note that any VAT, import duties or other charges are incurred by your customs/government.
